Agreement to Terms

Welcome to LMC Lompoc Concrete. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our concrete services in Lompoc, CA and surrounding areas.

Services We Provide

We provide residential and commercial concrete services including driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, walkways, and masonry work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may also modify or discontinue services without notice.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price may vary depending on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We'll discuss any price changes with you before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. After 30 days, we may need to provide a new quote based on current material and labor costs.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may result in additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where work was performed.

Project Timeline and Delays

We'll provide an estimated timeline for your project. However, concrete work depends on weather conditions, material availability, and site conditions. We're not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other factors beyond our control.

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure utilities are marked before we begin. Delays caused by lack of access or unmarked utilities may extend the project timeline.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and provide warranties on our services as outlined in your service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or natural wear and tear.

Concrete naturally develops hairline cracks over time. These are normal and not covered under warranty unless they indicate a structural issue caused by our workmanship.

Liability and Insurance

We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked before work began.

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your failure to provide accurate information about your property or to obtain necessary permits.

Permits and Regulations

You're responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. We can help you understand what permits may be needed, but final responsibility lies with the property owner.

All work will be performed according to local building codes and regulations. If you request work that doesn't meet code requirements, we reserve the right to refuse that work.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs.

Once work has begun, cancellation may result in charges for work completed and materials purchased.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our work, please contact us immediately. We're committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

If we can't resolve a dispute directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will take place in Santa Barbara County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
